Unequal Treatment

I am working for the local government. How can I file a Civil Service Complaint about my boss because he singles/singled me out by giving me more work, using me as a guinea pig to test out his plan, deteriorating me by belittling my accomplishments and giving me no recognition. He inflated others accomplishments. He lied about my deficiencies and put me the bottom of the group.

I believe you have a bargaining association. If so, see them. If not see attorney. Need more information to determine possible actions to be taken.
