Legal Question in Employment Law in California

Unfair Managment Practices

Iam forced to have the Genral Managers wife work

for me. In my judgement this has caused severe problems in my ability to manage the departments under me. I have discussed the problem with the company Human Resource Officer about 8 months ago

and was told at that time she was the GMs wife and there was nothing I could do about it. Since then my assitant has quit and now i feel that iam forced to quit and seek employment elsewhere. I also feel that i have been harrased because my former assitant is black. The company has been aware of these problems all along. With out getting in to more detail witch there is. Is there any leagal action that i can take?
