Legal Question in Employment Law in California

unfair termination

I was recently fired for what I feel was not a good reason. I was accused of driving under influence of alcohol. I told my supervisor about it and he told me that he was going to have to let me go, which he did. My question is do have any legal recourse since I was inocent until proven guilty?
