Legal Question in Employment Law in California
Union getting access to private information.
Is it legal for the Union to get private information from non-union members? Does a board have a right to give away private information to union without being first sued and forced to?

California has very strong privacy laws. You would have to tell me what the information was, what board sent it to them -- from what you write it sounds like your privacy rights were violated, but I can't be sure without more details -- feel free to send them to
