Legal Question in Employment Law in California
I'm in a union and was told I'm doing a great job at new job. I received a raise and full benefits after 90 days. But since they found out I'm a Republican they have been jerking me around, lying to me and creating a hostile work environment. Is this legal?

No, and if you have proof of this disperate treatment and that it is because you are a Republican, you have a right to sue for damages.
