Legal Question in Employment Law in California

Unjustly fired?

What are the steps an employer must use in order to fire someone. If the statement they print as the reason for separation can be proven false, is there any way I can get my job back? And what if there have been no warnings, disciplinary actions or repremands, that would lead me to believe my job was at stake because the reason given. What if you suspect and could possibly prove that things went wrong only after you requested to be paid overtime? Please email me with a response. [email protected]

Re: Unjustly fired?

If you can establish a connection between your wage claims and your termination, you can sue for wrongful termination and for retaliation under federal law. If you are in the Southern California area, you can call my office at 213 386 3860.
