Legal Question in Employment Law in California
Unjustly Terminated
I worked for a company for about five months. I was promised training and never received it. I continually implemented projects on time. I got along with everyone. I feel I was terminated because I had created a good working relationship with individuals in other department that my supervisor disliked. I was never given any sound reason as to why I was fired. There was never any warning or any comments that I was in jepordy of loosing my job.

Unfortunately it seems as though as an at-will employee, you have no recourse.

Without a contract, an employer can fire most employees for really just about anything in an at-will state such as California-Martin
