unlawful termination

i was in traffic accident in a company truck. it was a very foggy day i was the last car in a four car pile up on freeway. three months later after renting me two different trucks, then brining me a temporary from a nother state, and then returning ny tuck to me after it was fixed. they fired me. is this legal. they say becuase there being sued

I would have to know more about your employment and the reasons for termination. Have you talked to a Worker's Comp attorney? Were you injured in the accident?

You may have a wrongful termination case based on disability and a labor code 132(a) penalty, if you had any injury as the result of the company- truck accident.It appears that you are an at-will employee meaning that an employer may terminate you for a good cause (or strange it may seem) no cause at all.
