unpaid wages claim filed,Dlse San Diego

I have a hearing for unpaid wages from a past employer with the dlse in San Diego, should I have an attorney repersent me when I go to the hearing? Or is there any legal advise/assistances that I should contact before my hearing date on Dec. 6, 2004 to insure that I have all my ducks in a row? Unpaid wage amount including penalties amount total

approx. $6000.00.

Thanks

It would probably be worth it to have an attorney go with you to the hearing. You can try to get an attorney for a flat fee of $500 or something and it could be helpful to you.
