Unpaid Wages

Feb 22 my employer issue me a paycheck which bounce. Feb 26 thru March 6, I was told that a cashier check will be issue to me. Now it a new pay period and not only have not pay me but I was inform by payroll not to cash this new pay period check. There no money in the account. Haven't been for a month. What can I do

file a complaint with the state labor commissioner. they can get you paid plus penalty.
