Legal Question in Employment Law in California

unpaid wages

I resigned my Limo job due to my employer was not paying me on time and always paying me partial

payment and not on our agreed

weekly payment. He still owes me $1228.50 for my two weeks pays.

I quit last Dec. 17th and up to now

he has not pay me a single cent.

My bills are all dues. He also threatened me that there will be a severe circumtances that will happen if I contacted any of his client. I informed him that I will go to labor and I was trying my best to settle this matter without any trouble. He e-mailed me that he will

pay me. I 'm still waiting for nothing. I don't what to do????
