Vacation time accrued and not paid
employer had me accure vacation from date of employement (10/4/99) to date of quitting (2/17/00),5 months,there was a 90 day period,passed this ok, she does not have an employee manuel,nothing in writting. she refused to pay for vacation time accumulated during 90 days...what to do ?..was never informed I would lose this...never have had an employer not pay for accum. vacation...help me please..thank you very much

File a complaint with the state labor commissioner. You should have been paid the vacation.
