Legal Question in Employment Law in California

Verifying an employment

I got fired from a banking job because of forecing balance. There were inadequate training and it was the first time that it happened. The teller was short and the vault was over. I told the teller to buy that money so we both would be in balance. They said that it was a wrong move and I wasn't allow to do that.

My question is

1. When prospect employers call to verify what can the bank say about me?

2. Would the bank allow to say I was fired?

Thanks
