I need to know how much the hourly rate limit is going to be for an employee to be exempt from Overtime rates for the 2005 year in California.

Re: Wage Limit for exempt employees in Calif.
You must be paid two times the minimum wage which is currently $6.75. Thus to be exempt you must be paid at least $540.00 weekly or $28,080.00 anually.
