Legal Question in Employment Law in California

waive overtime pay

I work for an employment agency. Our client will not pay overtime, however, our employees would like to work 6-7 days a week when an applicable assignment is available. Is there any way we can allow them to work over 40 hours a week without paying them overtime?

Thank you,
