Two Week Notice..

Is it Illegal to get fired after you give your two week notice, if the employer has found someone to replace you?

No, it is not illegal and it happens all the time. In fact, you are not even eligible for unemployment because you gave notice.

I agree with Mr. Starrett, and I would add that this is a very common practice known as "waiving notice". Often, after a person quits a job, the employer wants them off the premises immediately if not sooner for business security reasons, as your loyalty is now in question. The only thing they have to be careful about is saying bad things about you that are not true to third persons. Sometimes that can create a slander or libel suit.
