I was given a weeks paid vacation and because of that I did not quilafly for my months in bonus which I needed to talk to 28 clients only had 23 they didnt give it to me..,,shouldnt they have pro rated the days I missed.

There is no legal requirement as to how bonuses are calculated. Unless they represented to you that you could earn a bonus on a pro-rata basis on months you do not work a full month, then you have no right to the bonus. Although you didn't ask, I should also mention, however, that vacation time is supposed to be at your "regular" pay. That must include commissions if any, and if your bonus is non-discretionary and you make it in all months you work a full month, it should be included too.
