Legal Question in Employment Law in California

At will employement

I have been employeed by this company for 14 years. I am a Sales Manager and the only salesman. When I started the company's reputation was very bad and we basically had no customers or sales. Now we are very well known and respected and I bring in between 1-1.5 million dollars in revenue every year. Last year my boss hired his brother, because the brother couldn't find work. Now I feel like they are trying to force me out. They are trying to have the brother take over my customers and have me fired. My employement contract says that I have at will employement. Do I have any right or remedies if they try to fire me.

Thank you

Re: At will employement

If you are truly an at will employee there would be no recourse against your employer for termination unless they terminated you for a recognizable illegal reason, but you have stated no facts to lead me to believe that is the case.

Good Luck!
