Legal Question in Employment Law in California

Will not pay overtime

If you work 150 hours in two weeks non-salary employee. I am supposed to get paid time and a half for the hours in excess of 40 per week and 8 a day.

My employer does not pay and i signed no contract stating i agreed. What can i do?

you can file a claim with the state labor commissioner.
