I work for a casino and i recently got hurt while on the job. So, now I have to fill out a form releasing my medical recoerds to my employer. What I want to know is do I have to release all of my records including back to when I was nine years old? I was a minor then and they are asking for 10 years worth of medical records and that would mean I would have to go all the way back to that age. Also can they fire me if i only give them back to when I was 18? Can my employer fire me if I refuse to give it to them at all?

The clinic that your employer should have sent you to will need this information to better access your situation.
