If your employer has put you on notice that the cameras have been installed, it is legal for it to do so. There are limits. For example, it would not be able to videotape employees in the restroom or any area where an employee may be able to claim they had a reasonable expectation of privacy. But such privacy does not exist in common workplace areas, especially once you've been put on notice.
