Stores have the right not to serve customers who are rowdy or disruptive. If the manager does not assist you, you have a choice -- you can keep your cool and politely ask the customer to leave. If the customer does not leave, you can choose not to serve the customer, but face the consequences from your employer.

If the manager weren't present and you were alone, you could seek help from law enforcement if the customer were to become disruptive.

It puts you in a difficult situation.
