Independent Contractors don't have 'rights' as employees. Only employees have rights as employees.

The solution for Independent Contractors is to secure new clients when they are disappointed in their client(s).

A business may terminate it's independent contractor for any reason or no reason with no notice.

Perhaps the best solution would be to establish yourself as an Employee with deductions from you paychecks instead of 1099s and no deductions.
