Legal Question in Employment Law in California
I work as an independent owner operator to carry any kind of load. . The company I work for does not pay me for the month of December 2012. Each week asking for money and that the apology is money waiting to be transferred to their account and they first have to pay their workers. How can I get my money?

You can sue. My advice is to retain an employment law attorney to send a demand letter to the company. If you had the company sign a written contract with the right terms, you may be able to get them to pay your attorneys' fees.

I agree. The proper process is to write a demand letter, and then to begin a legal action if the response is not satisfactory.
