Corp takes pay out of our "bonus" monies which they call fines, for parts deficits, stolen parts, dmv fines, mistakes made by employees like not replying to e-mails properly, not letting corp know if a load of trailers is going to be late, daily reports not filled out correctly, etc..........is this legal?

Maybe not, but probably. As long as they pay you your hourly or salaried wages without deduction, and the salary or hourly pay meets the minimums required by wage and hour laws, employers are generally allowed to calculate bonuses however they like. There is a slight possibility, however, that they messed up and structured the "bonus" as a commission in reality. In that case deductions would be illegal. You would have to sit down with an attorney with your employment paperwork to get a real determination.
