Legal Question in Employment Law in California
Work Problems
I am in a work situation that is a nightmare. I am a single woman 48 years old. I have been employed since 99. I was told from the first day that I was to stay away from the employee whose job I was training for because she was mean. When She refused to hand over the work to me that the superviser told her to. The superviser didn't do anything about it. Instead I was told I was the problem because I was told repeatedly to stay away. There have been many other similar instances. I'm being treated for Depression over the mess. Now my health seems to be failing. I am wondering what I can best do to protect myself until I can get back on my feet emotionally and physically to get another job.
