After recieving a perfect attendance award and a special gift for always being on time, I've had my wages cut because 'I seem stressed'. The co. seems to be hiring friends and relatives. They've gotten rid of many long time emp.s. When you answer the phones your not allowed to drink water, even when not on phone.

Why do you "seem stressed"? It's illegal to discriminate against persons who suffer from disabilities, including mental or emotional troubles.
