Legal Question in Employment Law in California

I work for a restaurant and recently found out another employee was clocking in and working under my name and personal number! Nothing yet has been done about it by management(it happened the weekend of Easter!) and I still am forced to work with him! Is this legal and if not what should I do from here? Thank you so much!

This doesn't really sound like much of a problem for you, rather than the other employee and management. Doesn't it mean you get paid for time they worked, unless/until it gets fixed? It really doesn't seem like you have any legal issue here, just a payroll bookkeeping problem.
