Hello, I work in resturant and my employer is not giving me a proper tips, if calculate the tips should be about 35-45 dollar average per day but he only give me 7 dollar. Beside that he had also reduced my hours. so please give me appropriate suggestion what should i do now?

File a claim with the Bureau of Labor Standards Enforcement of the state Department of Industrial Relations. You can file a claim online I believe.
