Legal Question in Employment Law in California
I work for a sales company for a year working under the table and my boss owes me to paychecks so 250.00 from the previously week and 240.00from last week he only gave me 60 and this friday Im suppose to get paid we r paid on a weekly bases he said he doesnt have enough to pay the payroll and he said he gonna get everything straighten out what should I do?
