Legal Question in Employment Law in California

I work for a small business with 5 office employees. Is my employer required to have hot running water? Are we entitled to a lunch/break area that is away from our workstations?

Under the California Labor Code and several Wage Orders, you are entitled to two 15 minute rest breaks, and one half hour lunch break during which you must be totally relieved of your work duties.
