Legal Question in Employment Law in California
So, i went to work yesterday, and my supivior walks up to me and says"So, josh, i have a friend at pepsi and he tells me that you have a job interview there, how many more job interviews do you have and where? and he continues with this line of questioning. So, i went to my store manager and told her the situation and told her that i felt that i was being harrassed, and she told me that it wasn't harrassment, so i went home after work and felt that the process of finding a solution needed to be taken a step further so i called my hr manager at work and asked her for the market managers number and she asked me why i needed it and i told here it was personal and she gave me the run around for about thirty minutes before she gave it to me and then asked at the end if i was going to resign on monday? is this not harrasment mixed in with a hint of retaliation?
