Legal Question in Employment Law in California
I worked for a corporation (Speedee Oil Change and Tune Up). Refused to pay my final earned vacation when I quit but paid the last two years prior. It now claims that it is based on job performance and that I generated low to merit the vacation pay. I filed a case against the owners (husband and wife) with Dept. of Labor and Industry with penalty-labor penal code 203. Can I also bring a lawsuit to the court system against the Corporation?
