I worked for almost 5 months for company

accident happened in job I'm going on top of ladder and laser I broked I feel down and I brock my arm , I had surgery on my rest and my arm bones .I did two MRI, one of the on my lowback that showed I have disk problem and second one on my right shoulder , showed I have diagnostic. Problem. Today my doctors told me that I need 2 more surgery. Accident hapend jan.27.2011.

my pay check is 9$ per hour. My question is can I sowing the company and how long is take.

I know that I should pay 33% to the lawyer but how much. Money I can take.

You had posted this question before and three of us had answered it. You have not given us any information that shows someone besides your employer may have had any fault for the accident, so it seems that your only remedy is through Workers' Compensation. Are we missing some information that would allow you to sue someone else?

Even if you could sue someone beyond your employer, no attorney can tell you how much you will get without having much more information and your condition having become stable [your having had surgery to get the maximum positive result]. The WC carrier will have the right to get back the benefits it has paid you.
