Legal Question in Employment Law in California
I worked for Target and on my day off I was called to come in, after just 30 minutes of working I was called into the office and fired. I have no warnings, no write ups and a good attendence record. The management team on duty that night where very immature and even laughed as i told a new team member I would be back to help.

Employment in CA is at will, which means you can quit or be terminated at any time, for no reason or any reason as long as it's not unlawful. Unless you believe the company discriminated against you in some way, what they did might have been perfectly legal. I'm sure you would love to know why you were fired so that you may respond to -- perhaps -- false accusations. But that might never happen.
