Legal Question in Employment Law in California
Worker Injury
i got hurt at work i have a back injury. i had pulled my back muscle really bad and i told my work superiors about it but all they did was call some over the phone nurse they told me to relax and not to work for 2 weeks...i had gotten hurt on sunday and i come to work and told them i got hurt. but on tuesday on of the superiors came up to me and asked me if i had gotten hurt during my sunday activity someone told him about it...if i had gotten hurt outside of work and if i am sure or not. then he walked away giggling and smiling...what i wanted to know was if i wanted to sue the company for harassment, plus they do reviews year on may and someone did my review who only worked with me for a week... then one of the team member asked me if any of my family is in terrorist activity or business i had told my team leader about it and no measurements were taken... i work for Target....pretty much i wanted to know how good or strong the case be i sue the company for all those things...

You should contact an employment attorney and a workers' compensation attorney in your area to discuss your issues.
Good luck!

You need to consult with an experienced worker's compensation attorney. Your employer should have sent you to a doctor as soon as you reported your injury. Call us at 213.388.7070 for a free consultation and we can immediately send you for a medical examination which will be paid by your employer's insurance carrier.
