Legal Question in Employment Law in California

I have been working at a company for 4 years, (work in records mgmt. legal) in those years i have trained 3 people who had 2 months to learn, their job, and they did, now i have been trying to train someone for 7months, who still does not get the basics, she has no initiative, has to be told all the time what to do and runs to HR all the time on me because she's mad, I am her lead person (there is just me and her). I literally have to correct her work as if I am a preschool teacher and she is a pre-k student. In the mean time i am getting stressed out. I went to the doctor and BP was 180/110, put on meds, and when i came back to work (off for 2 days) i had a stack of her work to correct, once again like i am a teacher and she is a student. By the way our mgrs. know and the person over him knows. What can i do??

Please take my advice as follows. It is rather clear that your health and performance is being affected by al of this. Its also clear that HR is not very concerned about you. I would highly consider filing a claim under Workers' Compensation.
