Legal Question in Employment Law in California
I'm working as a security officer and taking care for my mom (who is a 79 years old, has diabets, memory, hearing problems). Her doctor gave letter for my employeer asking to do not schedule me for grave (night) shifts. My employer is trying to schedule me for night shifts and keep teling me that there is know hours available for day shifts. Is it try that my case can be treated as family discrimantion or harassment. Thank you
