Legal Question in Employment Law in California

I've been working at a Togo's for a year and a half now and my manager has made it clear she strongly dislikes me. It didn't bother me until it started affecting my hours and the way I was treated. It's gotten to the point where she actually TRIES to get me in trouble or write me up for a referall. And this past week, she hit an all time low. This week I wasn't on the schedule at ll (zero hours) and when I called today I found out I wasn't on the schedule for next week either.

Also, four days ago, on Monday, when I went in to pick up my check I found out I had been suspended because they thought I had stolen a coworkers tips for the day. At first, they had no evidence, then, when they showed me the video, there was no proof of me actually taking any money from her tip jar (you can't actually see my hand enter her jar and take any money), and when I walk out the door to leave, you can still clearly see there is money in her tip jar.

Even after pointing this out, I am still clearly being suspended, and not being put on the schedule. But I was never given any legal document of supension to sign, and never got my own copy (and on top of it all, the suspension is based on a fake theft that never occured).

This manager has harassed me for months on end now, but this has gone to far.

My parents said I could probably sue her for harassment, damages, and harsh work environment, as well as this whole suspension ordeal, but I was wondering if there was any legal advice I could get, because I know she's doing some seriously wrong things here, and I just don't want to let it go. I'm only 19 and it would look terrible if I got suspended and fired for theft, and my future job oppurtunities would be slim to none.

An employer can fire you for no reason at all. They don't have to make up a reason. Your best bet is to find another job while you still have this one.
