Workplace Harrassment

Would like a definition of workplace harrassment and the responsibility of the employer to remedy the situation after they have been notified it has occurred and continues to occur.

Workplace harrassment or a "hostile work environment" is to broad for definition in this reply. If a hostile work environment does exist, the employer has a duty to investigate the complaints and correct the problems.
