Written warnings

If my supervisor has a complaint about me, and wants me to signed a written warning,do I have the right to asks the names,dates and place for this complaint; I also will like to know if I have the right to refused, since I think this complaint is unfair, and if I do, will they have the right to resigning me?

Assuming it is not for a reason against public policy or in violation of a contract, your employer can terminate you for not participating in the discipline. In most instances the written warning merely states that if have received it. If there is an opportunity to present your side do so. Good luck.
