Wrong Codes
What if an officer writes down a different Penal and Municipal Code on my ticket than what they are accusing me of doing what action should I take? The actual Codes and Sections of the violation are wrong, But the description of the violation is writing down correctly.

It is a minor error that the court would probably allow to officer or prosecutor to correct. The main thing is that you have notice of the charge(s) and the opportunity to be heard on any defenses you might have.
