Legal Question in Employment Law in California

wrongful accusation

I was accused of sexuly harrassing a lady at work, she had a victoria secret magazine on her desk. As I walked by I said i like that magizine, she asked me to look at a picture, I did. She said she would like to look like that in 3 months. I said if she did all the guys would be leaving there wifes.

She went to the HR dept and complained, I found out later that day that another women put her up to it. I was told this by the manager of the first lady, and that he and the first lady had notheing against me.

I want to know if I have a case against the one that put her up to the accusations.

Or the company I work for, it was real embarrassing, everyone knew in the office by the end of the day
