Legal Question in Employment Law in California
wrongful termination
Is it legal to be replaced by a full-time employee the day after one is "layed-off, due to a lack of work load"?

Re: wrongful termination
It is not wrongful termination. They dont need a reason to fire you. what they did was legal.

Re: wrongful termination
You can file for wrongful termination. However you are already eligible for unemployment. Unless you had job for quite some time or an employment contract you are probably limited to unemployment benefits anyway.
