Wrongful Termination
My x-employer termination me calling it Gross Insubordination. What happen was i call the loss prevention manager a want-a-bee. I said it to another employee.I have won two appeals that they filed w/unemployment insurancs. I was hoping you could help me w/some information on how to go about filing a lawsuit.

qualifying for unemployment is not the same as qualifying for a lawsuit. i see nothing illegal about the firing.
