Legal Question in Employment Law in California

Wrongful Termination/race discrimination

I have been employeed for a freight forwarding company for three years. My postistion was as an operations manager. The company recently hired an office manager, since her employment she has made several rasist remarks and other demining remarks. She has also made false accusations to my now former employeer. I was out sick under doctors advisement due to the stressful enviorment and on the second day I received a call from my former employeer stating that we should just part and continued with the false accusations. I was terminated on friday and the office manager had my replacement (a white gentlemen) on monday. There are accusations going around about my dismissel and she has gone as far to make statements to my former employees and co-workers that all the problems within the company are because of him. I have notorized statements from former employees and co-workers. Please advise what actions I can take. If you can please refer me to an attorney in the San Mateo County .

Thank you for your time. --name removed--

You should call your local bar association and ask for an attorney who handles wrongful termination cases. It sounds like you may have a good case.
