Wrongfull termination?
I have a sever case of sleep apnea that I am currently begining to recieve treatment for. My job requires I work nights and sit for periods of time. I become drowsy and have occasionaly dozed off for seconds at a time. My company has terminated my employment. Is this legal for them to do so?

You potentially have a insomnia/stress claim under worker's compensation laws. You have to report your injuries. There are different ways to satisfy the notice requirements. Even after your termination you have a valid claim. Call us at 213.388.7070 for a free consultation
