Legal Question in Employment Law in California

my x-boss denied me workers comp after run in with three guys at work was hit in the head with a bottle and got 13 staples and other injuries that happend at wark first she said she would pay mmy bill but two years later i see she has not made one payment and other times I was hurt she said I was a big baby what can i do or get out of this and what could happend to her .I nolonger work for this person she probaly would of killed me by the stress please advise....
