Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in California
We have a 90-day eviction notice because owner's lost it to foreclosure, do we have to pay rent? If we pay rent and find a place we will not have enough money to move. And are there any agencies that help people in our situation?

If you do not pay rent, you lose your 90-day protection and can be evicted on a 3-day notice to pay or quit, or a 30-day notice.
