3 Day Notice To Pay Rent Or Quit
I got a 3 day notice to pay rent or quit but it doesn't have my name on it. It has my daughter's and her husband's and ''Et All'' My name & signature is the only name that is on a rental agreement that was made with the previous owners. When we recieved a lease to sign it was made out to my daughter & her husband but I sent it back unsigned explaning why it wasn't signed (for many unexceptable reasons), and that it needed to be made up between myself and the name of the property management company. I never recieved another lease to sign. There are many other things that have gone on since the house was bought but for now I need to know if my name has to be on the 3 day notice to pay rent or quit. Thank You.

Why don't you just pay the rent and deal with the formalities later?!
